John is a Project Manager at Atlas Public Policy working on a range of policy issues related to transportation electrification and the clean economy. He focuses on research related to policies and programs accelerating the development of EV charging infrastructure across the United States. John also helps manage Atlas operations and long-term planning.
Prior to Atlas, John was a Program Manager for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he managed and contributed to national and interagency programs supporting a variety of critical national security missions and operations for the U.S. Government. At the FBI, John specialized in governance, operations optimization, policy development, program management, and strategic planning. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Salisbury University.
