Kai Foster is a Summer Graduate Fellow at Atlas Public Policy, where he will be helping support Atlas’ research across our DC office with a focus on electric vehicle policy.
Prior to Atlas, Kai held a summer intern position at Nutter Consulting where he researched climate action plans and GHG reduction strategies across the Midwest. On campus, Kai is vice president of University of Chicago Democrats where he has helped lead meetings and a member of Phoenix Sustainability Initiative where he has participated in environmental justice activism and advocacy for fossil fuel divestment.
Kai is pursuing a major in Public Policy and Environment, Geography and Urbanization at the University of Chicago.
