Kelley Flanagan is a Policy Associate at Atlas Public Policy, where she contributes to research and analysis on electric transportation, clean manufacturing, EV deployment, and other areas of climate strategy. Kelley works across Atlas’s suite of products, collecting data and managing the day-to-day operations of the Climate Program Portal, EV Hub, and Clean Economy Tracker.
Before joining Atlas, Kelley worked as a Sustainability Intern at Compass Group USA, where she helped transition facilities to green power programs and analyzed food waste legislation across all 50 states. She also served as a Policy Team Member for the Surfrider Foundation’s Isla Vista Chapter, drafting public statements and conducting research on local environmental proposals.
Kelley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
