Tina Hodges is a Senior Policy Analyst at Atlas Public Policy where she leads policy analysis projects on clean transportation.

Prior to Atlas, Tina worked for the U.S. Department of Transportation, advising senior leadership on climate change policy and providing technical assistance to help state and local agencies improve the sustainability and resilience of their transportation systems. Accomplishments include steering the implementation of new climate change related grant programs, leading both major DOT reports to Congress on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and facilitating workshops and webinars to assist state and local agencies in integrating climate change considerations into decision-making.

She holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Maryland. She began her career in non-profit advocacy.
