Why am I required to submit this data?

As a participant of the EV Make-Ready or DCFC Per-Plug Incentive Program, you are required to either a) provide utilization (session) data directly to Atlas, or b) provide authorization to your charging provider network to share utilization data with Atlas. More information can be found in the terms and conditions of the program for each utility.

Why am I being asked to share data with Atlas Public Policy?

Atlas is serving as the third-party entity with the task of collecting and reporting on data for this program on behalf of the Joint Utilities of New York. We are working with each utility to collect quarterly and annual electric vehicle charging session data to fulfill reporting requirements for New York State Public Service Commission.
