The Climate Program Portal is a popular online resource for organizations and public agencies tracking federal investments in climate initiatives. The Portal tracks investments from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), which Atlas staff manually collects and synthesizes into an easily digestible format. The Portal was developed by Atlas Public Policy, and is free for non-governmental organizations and public agencies.
