Abbie Olson is a Policy Analyst at Atlas Public Policy, where she drives impactful policy solutions for clean transportation and clean energy initiatives. Abbie’s work centers on developing actionable policy recommendations, authoring issue briefs, and supporting stakeholder engagement to advance sustainable energy and transportation systems. She also conducts technical analysis to inform policy decisions, translating complex data into clear, practical insights for policymakers and partners. 

Prior to joining Atlas, Abbie played a key role at Rhodium Group, expanding the organization’s clean investment project tracker to a global scale and supporting efforts to inform decision-makers on climate strategies. At the Department of Energy’s Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations, Abbie contributed to the deployment of innovative clean energy projects, combining policy analysis with data-driven evaluation of emerging technologies. She also brings consulting experience from Deloitte, where she supported policy and data initiatives for the State Department. 

Abbie holds a B.S. in Biology from Lewis-Clark State College and an M.S. in Bioinformatics from the University of Oregon. She is passionate about bridging science, technical analysis, and policy to create practical solutions for a more sustainable future.
